Position Summary

  • To fabricate (assemble), move (through the various production processes), package and load product for delivery to our customers. To operate the machinery and equipment necessary that fabricates axles. 


Specific duties include

  • To build, mold, carve and glue sections or parts together on predetermined standards and/or blueprints.
  • Move products through various stages of the production process after applying an application, which assist the machine operators.
  • Transport and package inventory through production services and warehousing (raw materials, WIP, finished product or stock).
  • Set up machinery and/or run equipment to meet the specifications of the job to be run as the specs call for and in the quantity and quality required.
  • Maintain the machinery and equipment and report all required repair work to the Production Supervisor for scheduling of downtime and repair.
  • Direct work efforts of and provide training to all production Associates under their authority and assist in the work effort as required to ensure timely production schedules are met.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area
  • Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.


  • Two or more years experience working in a manufacturing environment or a related field.  Must have ability to operate power and hand tools as well as various equipment used for material handling.
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50pounds
  • Ability to wear assigned PPE
