Reporting to the IT Manager, the Help Desk Supervisor will manage all aspects of the help desk to ensure users are receiving the appropriate assistance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Position requires Bachelor Degree in computer related field and at least 3 years related experience including at least 2 years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be self-starter, motivated, organized and have solid verbal and written communication skills.
