The position is located at the company headquarters location in Elkhart, IN and reports to the Engineering Services Supervisor.
The primary responsibility of the CAD Designer is to handle day to day CAD and Solid Modeling work including:
Position requires an Associates’ Degree in Computer Aided Design, Engineering Technology or a comparable discipline and 2 years of experience in performing same or similar job function; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Position requirements include proficiency in Solid Modeling/CAD (such as Autodesk Inventor and Vault), engineering changes, and design for manufacture and assembly experience. Familiarity with manufacturing processes including casting, stamping, machining, and forging preferred. Must be detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and a team player.
