Dexter, the premier supplier and manufacturer of axles, doors, venting products and related components in the utility trailer, boat trailer, recreational vehicle, heavy duty and manufactured housing markets, has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in our Atlanta, GA facility.

Position Summary

  • Handles incoming sales calls from customers.
  • Receives, monitors and confirms all incoming faxes and emails.
  • Prices and maintains customer quotes.
  • Generates orders sent in by customers. 
  • Keeps customers informed of products service time and availability of all items.
  • Handle customer requests for replacements and or credits.
  • Participate in account planning and goal-setting.
  • Perform other duties assigned as needed.


  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
  • Associate Degree or higher education.
  • Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience
