The Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Plant Manager at Rockwell American’s Leaf Spring Manufacturing plant in Seagoville, TX. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of one Supervisor and nine Maintenance Technicians. The Maintenance Manager will support plant facilities, the maintenance of existing equipment and the implementation of new machinery and processes in order to drive continuous improvement in product quality, process efficiency and safety. The plant encompasses 78,000ft and has approximately 90 non-union employees operating on two shifts.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Requires Associate’s Degree in Business or a comparable technical discipline and at least 6 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience mush include robots as well as a minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing environment that included high-volume metal fabrication (e.g. forming, cutting, heat treatment) and assembly.
