    Position Summary

    Reporting to the Help Desk Supervisor, the position is responsible for the collection of data and the implementation of collected data for active directory restructure including but not limited to: headquarters, department additions, user contact information and security group descriptions.

    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Working closely with human resources and office managers to collect user information
    • Working closely with Help Desk Supervisor in the formatting of the collected information and implementation back into Active Directory

    Requirements

    Position requires either IT Network or Security knowledge with a solid experience in Active Directory. Must have high initiative, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, be reliable, analytical and adaptable as well as having the ability to work on and prioritize multiple items while demonstrating a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
