    Position Summary

    • Manage and assist in daily warehouse areas including:  Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal production requirements, ensuring accuracy of inventory and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate areas, filling work orders from production, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
    • Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by production schedules and work flow.
    • Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean practices,
    • Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department.


    Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a comparable discipline and at least 3 years in an engineering management field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have previous experience working with production equipment, manufacturing processes, capital expenditure justification, preventative maintenance, and all aspects of supporting manufacturing operations.  Candidates must be creative, motivated, and capable of handling multiple projects in a structured and organized manner. Must also have strong leadership and communication skills.
