    Position Summary

    Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, the Paint Process Engineer is responsible for evaluating and improving finishing and coating methods and processes, maintaining all testing and compliance of coating integrities as well as supporting, training and assisting production in meeting quality and delivery goals.

    Requirements

    Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Chemistry and at least7 year of experience in performing the same or similar job function; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior coating technology experience a must. Great project management and attention to detail are essential for success.
