Rockwell American, a Dexter company, the premier supplier and manufacturer of axles, doors, venting products and related components in the utility trailer, boat trailer, recreational vehicle, heavy duty and manufactured housing markets, has an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at our axle manufacturing plant in Royse City, TX - conveniently located in the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area. The plant itself encompasses 54,000 ft and has approximately 70 non-union employees operating on two shifts.

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of three maintenance technicians and will report directly to the Plant Manager. The Maintenance Supervisor will support plant facilities, the maintenance of existing equipment and the implementation of new machinery and processes in order to drive continuous improvement in product quality, process efficiency and safety.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Requires Associate’s Degree in Business or a comparable technical discipline and at least 6 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
