This position reports to the company’s Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Coordinator provides administrative support functions to the customer service call center, account managers, and management. Primary responsibilities of the position include:
Receiving and processing orders, providing information in answer to inquiries about products.
Interacting with customers, providing them information in answer to inquiries about products.
Handling and resolving customer complaints or special orders via email or phone.
Addressing complaints concerning billing or services rendered. Verifying delivery receipts and matching orders.
Preparing credits and debits and other duties as required.
Position requires an Associate’s Degree in Business or a comparable discipline and 4 years of experience in performing same or similar job function; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must have excellent computer and communication skills. Must be a team player, goal oriented, dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
