    Position Summary

    • Administer CRM, working closely with management and sales staff to utilize data efficiently through dashboards and reporting.
    • Utilize ConstantContact to effectively engage and communicate with customers.
    • Lead web development of multiple websites using various platforms (Sitefinity, WordPress, 3D Cart) and outside developers to continually enhance digital assets and functionality.
    • Design and update printed marketing pieces such as flyers, catalogs, and labels.
    • Collaborate with team members to generate creative ideas to support growth and the company goals.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline and at least three (3) years of experience in a marketing department; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft office.
    • Aptitude for website platform administration (Sitefinity, WordPress, 3D Cart).
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team oriented with a desire for a variety of tasks.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet expected deadlines.
    • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics desirable.
    • Knowledge of SalesForce.com a plus.
