    Position Summary

    Position is responsible for quality inspections of axles and brake components. Specific duties include:

    • Train new employees on quality processes and procedures
    • Conducting process audits
    • Reporting of non-conforming material
    • Facilitating containment activities
    • Creating inspection instructions and reports
    • Processing of product returns
    • Performing inspections of incoming material
    • Assisting with resolving quality issues


    Qualified Candidates will be self-starter, have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others. Must possess good mathematical skills, precision measurement, as well as good computer and communication skills. Candidates work history will be evaluated for safety, quality, attendance and efficiency.


    Must have the ability to read and interpret work instructions and prints, understand lean manufacturing principles, be adaptable to a fast paced work environment and able to work a flexible schedule including overtime.
