    Position Summary

    This position directs and coordinates plant level human resources activities for the manufacturing facility.  Key responsibilities include staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, and employee development.

    Requirements

    Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or comparable discipline and 3 years related work experience in a manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  SPHR or PHR Certification preferred. Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, and interpersonal relationship building are needed to be successful in this position.  Position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
