Key responsibilities of the position include processing orders by mail, telephone, email or personally from the customer or company employee, entering accurate and complete orders into the order system on a timely basis, answering customer questions and helping to resolve customer problems. Obtaining support help for customers when needed, advising other departments of changes timely. Researching and preparing debits/credits. Maintain outstanding customer relations.
The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer service focus, with data entry experience. Requires Associate's Degree in Business or a comparable discipline and at least 2 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
