    We have openings for highly driven, talented individuals to join our operations team within our high growth company.  Selected individuals will have the opportunity for an accelerated development path to operations leadership roles within our company.  This program will start individuals in one of our larger plants located in either Albion, IN, Fremont, IN or in the Dallas Texas area in a production supervisor role in which you supervise a large group of production employees.  Then, after performing effectively in that key role, there will be opportunities to take on expanded leadership roles within our operations team.     Position Summary

    The Production Supervisor provides leadership and direction to hourly manufacturing associates including overseeing production, materials, equipment and tooling to ensure efficiency is maintained and projects remain on schedule.  This includes coordination of activities related to the company’s quality, safety, and production, including responsibility for financial performance of the facility.

    Requirements

    Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.  We are seeking December 2018 or May 2019 graduates for this opportunity. Candidates with prior internship experience in highly preferred. We are seeking candidates with ability to lead others and future openness to move within the United States.
