The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for managing the plant quality department SPC tracking and provide continuous improvement of the quality assurance policy. Duties include maintaining and developing quality and training programs that adhere to division and plant guidelines as well as ensuring compliance of all Dexter Axle's quality system requirements including training, SPC, corrective actions, warranty, and customer compliant activities.
This position requires an Associates Degree and six years’ experience or an equivalent in combination of education and experience. Candidate must have experience with SPC, calibration, continuous improvement, quality systems, ISO, QS and TS quality systems. Candidate must be a team member, goal oriented, dependable; self-motivated, and have strong leadership skills. Computer skills will be a must for this position.
