The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, scheduling and training a team of technicians as well as performing hands on work. Areas of responsibility include installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintaining of production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes. The candidate is also responsible for the management of projects, solicitation of bids, and other vendor services.
Position requires Associates Degree in Industrial Technology or comparable discipline and at least 6 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must exhibit hands-on capabilities and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC and ability to work in a fast paced team environment. Previous experience with personnel management and scheduling required.
