Position Summary

The inside Sales Representative reports directly to the sales supervisor and will be responsible for selling products to businesses, manufacturers, and individuals over the phone and at the Distribution Center. 

  • Provide prompt personal service to customers at walk-in counter.
  • Builds and maintains customer relationships.
  • Manage existing customer accounts.
  • Handle inbound calls to convert to sales.
  • Provide customer support regarding part numbers, pricing, and orders, etc.
  • Introduce new products, product options, and help with replacement product.
  • Prepares quotes for customers.
  • Process customer purchase orders/orders by entering in WDS program.
  • Bill customer accounts.
  • Create bill of ladings using Transportation Insight and organize delivery paperwork for company deliveries.
  • Coordinate shipment details based on delivery schedules internal and external.
  • Investigate and resolve deliveries that are late, lost, or damaged for the customer.
  • Coordinate and process returns.
  • Reconcile cash to cash paid invoices.
  • Perform other tasks or duties as assigned.
