Position Summary

The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for hands-on technical administration tasks, making system architecture/design decisions and staff management of internal  team as well as external technical resources. Ensuring that key technology systems including the local and wide area network, telecommunications, cloud and locally hosted server environments across the company are robust and reliable. Specific duties include:

  • Maintains hardware and configuration, server hardware, OSes, application configuration, telecom/phone system hardware configuration
  • Establishes Technical standards and procedures.
  • Monitors systems and reporting, including hardware and licensing asset management
  • Maintains and prepares system documentation, RFPS, bid proposals, contracts, scope of network reports.
  • Creates and executes infrastructure life-cycle plan and budget.
  • Maintains and tests backup, disaster recovery, and IT business continuity plans.
  • Manages and directs team on project planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Monitors and manages key vendor infrastructure partners.
  • Ensures compliance of company and industry security best practices, change controls, management, approval, and documentation.
  • Drives process improvement and collaborates with corporate and remote-site IT resources.
  • Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.


Requires Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or comparable discipline and at least 3 years related managerial experience; or an equivalent in combination of education and experience.
