Position Summary

The Quality Control Coordinator works with Plant leadership to plan, lead, organize, and implement the quality program. Essential responsibilities include:

  • Prioritizes quality improvement activities
  • Utilizes quality improvement training, activities, and policies
  • Manage all documentation and reporting requirements for the quality system
  • Develop performance improvement targets for quality
  • Conduct customer surveys to solicit feedback
  • Perform statistical analysis and data analysis
  • Perform gage calibration, product testing, and maintain records.
  • Participate in quality audits
  • Demonstrates hands on mechanical capabilities, problem solving, leadership, conflict management, and team building skills in productive team environment
  • Develop reports of product conformance
  • Performs other duties as needed under the supervision on the Plant Manager


Candidates should be self-starters with a positive attitude and an ability to work well with others. Must possess good mathematical, precision measurement, computer and communication skills. Candidates work history will be evaluated for safety, quality, attendance, and efficiency. Two years direct experience in a Quality department and an Associates degree, or five years of work experience in the manufacturing industry with quality exposure. ISO-9001: Quality Management System accreditation exposure preferred.
