The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer inquires, processing orders, resolving complaints and requests for refunds, exchanges and adjustments; as well as provides customers with product, pricing, and shipping information. Specific duties include:
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent along with at least 1 year of customer service experience. Strong customer service skills and the the ability to develop product knowledge to specify and recommend appropriate products to our customers.
