Position Summary

The Corporate FP&A / Treasury team is looking for a results-driven Financial Analyst to join our team.  This highly visible role will provide financial analysis that will help guide the business decisions of Senior Leaders across the finance organization.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, an ability to digest trends and data to produce concise outputs with confidence and expertise in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment.  This role reports to the Director of Finance and will support and interact with both domestic and international stakeholders.

 

More specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including but not limited to the following:

  • Assist with ongoing financial/statistical analysis, including:
    • Sales and EBITDA
    • Cash
    • Efficiency, quality, and safety KPIs
  • Participate in corporate planning, budgeting, and forecasting (both short-term and long-term) in support of key areas (e.g., Revenue, COGS, and other expenses)
  • Support consolidated monthly reporting packages for Finance Organization, C-level management team and the Board of Directors
  • Assist with the validation of data and internal plant rankings of 80+ manufacturing/distribution sites.
  • Responsible for the coordination and preparation of department budgets and financial forecasts at the corporate level.
  • Facilitate improvement in historic data upkeep and the consistency/organization of reporting.
  • Work with treasury management to maintain and rationalize the key global banks including the analysis of bank fee structures, services, and relationships.
  • Act as a treasury liaison with the company’s business units in setting up new banking accounts, services, handling bank inquiries and any related matters including Integration of acquired company bank services into DexKo banking environment.
  • Responsible for the SOX compliance related to Treasury.
  • Preparation of regular reports and analyses as well as continuous improvement of related processes and working methods around our Global Cash and liquidity
  • Monitor and analyze the company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments and coordinate and optimize the short-term borrowing or investments and assist in the execution of the daily cash management duties and distribute to leadership.

Requirements

  • A bachelors or masters degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3 years experience in an analytic business role and/or strategic finance equivalent
  • Knowledge of the banking industry and technical knowledge of bank products
