Position Summary

OThis position will be responsible for performing various welding activities using established production procedures.

More specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including, but not limited to the following:

·     Lifting spindles into welder as well as cambers from welder to engraver, conveyer, and racks

·     Lifting tubes into punch press and then into welder

·     Operating welders

·     Performing machine changeovers

·     Performing quality checks

 

Requirements

High School dipliom or equivalency is preferred, but not required.

Minimum of (1) year within he field preferred.

Ability to ork overtime.

Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and other simple documents.  Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and looks for ways to promote quality. Observes safety procedures. Maintains good attendance.

Hand tool experience is a plus. Also working cambers, spindles, tape measure, spindle welders.
